What does peace taste like? What happens to the world when we eat, what we eat?
The Grandhotel Cosmopolis invites to an academy week on „Peace Food, cosmopolitan cuisine und global responsibility“.
Cooking, learning and eating together.
The schedule includes daily Morning Circles, a choice of three cooking classes with international Grand Cuisine experts, Silent Cooking and access to the peripheral programme activities.
The weekend also offers a baking class with cake buffet, a philosophical campfire and a communal „bring along“ brunch.
The peripheral programme is open to everybody. It offers additional cooking classes, yoga, dinner evenings, a lecture and a movie night.
During the week only vegan dishes will be prepared in the courses.
