Ortswechsel // Shifting Places
Fernab statischer Institutionen erweitern wir das Recht auf Mitgestaltung auf Orte des alltäglichen Lebens. Kein Theater, kein Rathaus, keine Ausländerbehörde. Übriggebliebene Orte, (noch) nicht verwertete Orte, Möglichkeitsräume für andere Begegnungen, als die gewohnten.
Ein undefiniertes Objekt wird zur Bühne eines öffentlichen Dialogs. Was ist das hier? Kinder, Nachbarn, Beschäftigte und Gelangweilte, Gestaltendete. Vermittlerinnen und Bürgende: Wie wollen wir in dieser Stadt heute und zukünftig zusammenleben?
Wir fragen nach kollektiven Wünschen, forschen zu überörtlichen Unsicherheiten. Ohne Plan, in radikaler Offenheit. Ein paar Methoden im Gepäck, wagen wir einen Ortswechsel, improvisieren wir einen Treffpunkt.
Away from stiff and static institutions, we widen the right of contribution and co-construction of our living space. No theater, no city hall, no Ausländerbehörde, but places and spaces that are left over, not (yet) used, that provide chances for encounters other than the wellknown ones.
An undefined object or place turns into the stage of a public dialogue. Children, neighbors, workers and bored ones, creators, refugees, mediators: How do we want to live together – instead of co-existing – today and tomorrow?
We want to ask for people’s wishes and find out more about social insecurities. There is no plan – there is only radical openness. Carrying nothing but a few methods, we take the risk of »SHIFTING PLACES« and improvising meeting points.
