In our daily lives, we rarely get a chance to just sit with ourselves and feel what\u2019s going on inside. These weekly sessions are a space to slow down. We\u2019ll begin with settling in with the help of breath work, then move into guided meditation using a variety of techniques like visualization, Vipassana, and stillness, (30-40 minutes) adapting to each session and how the group feels.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s completely beginner-friendly, you don\u2019t need to know anything. My voice will guide you through the entire session, so you won\u2019t have to sit alone with your thoughts.
\nMats and cushions are provided, so you don\u2019t have to bring anything. Just come as you are, bring your breath, and let\u2019s create quiet together.<\/p>\n
