Guided Meditation with Vranda

In our daily lives, we rarely get a chance to just sit with ourselves and feel what’s going on inside. These weekly sessions are a space to slow down. We’ll begin with settling in with the help of breath work, then move into guided meditation using a variety of techniques like visualization, Vipassana, and stillness, (30-40 minutes) adapting to each session and how the group feels.

It’s completely beginner-friendly, you don’t need to know anything. My voice will guide you through the entire session, so you won’t have to sit alone with your thoughts.
Mats and cushions are provided, so you don’t have to bring anything. Just come as you are, bring your breath, and let’s create quiet together.

I’m Vranda, I’ve been practicing meditation for the past five years, where I’ve collected experiences in Zen monasteries in Japan and intensive meditation courses in India. Now, I’d love to share this practice with the Augsburg community.
